partnrUP: Shoppable Video UGC

Smart, easy and aesthetically pleasing app that is super user-friendly and customizable. I LOVE their new carousel feature. My homepage was missing a lot of movement and social integration and Novel totally accomplishes what it is set out to do. Bonus points for having really thoughtful customer service.

Novel has been an extremely valuable addition to our website. Within 24 hours of adding a carousel playlist to our homepage the bounce rate had a 50% decrease, and time spent on page increased by 50%. With content priority shifting from imagery to video this is a solution that is not only effective but easy to maintain for our small team.

We have been using Novel for a little bit over a month now and can see huge traction in our shoppable videos. It is a great way to teach your audience more about your product and further help with conversions. And of course, the Novel team is amazing and super helpful!

We love what the team is doing here, great app and more importantly really great people behind it! We have the ability to post our video content to our site which allows users to view the amazing benefits of our makeup and gives them a bit of serotonin! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Super seamless onboarding, great team, and impactful product. Completely recommend Novel, in particular over some of the higher-priced competitors.

This app is a game changer. The proof is in the pudding - videos convert! I'm very happy I found this app and I love how helpful the tech team is. Highly recommend!

This is the best app we've found for putting shoppable video and UGC on our site. The setup was so easy, the UI is intuitive, and the customer support is excellent.

Great dynamic video layouts to use on product pages or on the homepage. Support is quick to respond and new features are being added consistently. Novel team makes it easy to set-up and update.

we couldn't be happier with Novel! Not only have we improved the web user experience with vertical / shoppable video but the set-up, customer service and overall process was seamless. Highly recommend!

LOVE Novel! It is incredibly easy to set up and user friendly. You can dive into analytics for every journey. The team is kind, patient, intelligent, and eager to answer questions & resolve any issues.
