partnrUP: Shoppable Video UGC

We love NOVEL! It couldn't be easier to set up and use and the team are super friendly and responsive to all queries. Couldn't recommend them more if you're looking for shoppable video. First class experience all round.

The Novel App helped me utilize UGC videos in an amazing way for my site! I needed the ugc content on my site to push conversion which it definitely does. Joe and his team have been great to work with and was very easy to implement.

Fantastic, intuitive app. In just a few weeks, we've already seen exciting results and they are continuously innovating on the back end to offer more. The Novel team couldnt be more helpful or communicative as well! Recommend with the highest praise.

We have always wanted to incorporate a video experience for our customers, and this app does exactly that. The dashboard itself is very user-friendly, and the setup was very quick. The Novel team has been fantastic and always available when I have questions.

This app has been a game changer for our website!!! The video content through Novel allows for our customers to feel closer to our brand and makes our website way more fun and engaging. The team is so easy to work with and helpful!! Couldn't recommend them more!!

Hands down one of my favorite Shopify apps! So relevant in today's consumer/content landscape and another great tool to keep our site sticky. Joe and his team were easy to work with and set up was quick. I was easily able to change/add content myself in the dashboard. Highly recommend!

Everyday is Black Friday

The app team quickly helps me if I say I need further modifications. I am satisfied with their customer service. I really recommend this app!

We just installed the Novel app on our website last week to replace a manual UGC block custom block. The time save alone makes this such an incredible application. Plus the experience for the customer is unbeatable. They can view the products directly in the widget and even add to cart without even leaving the video content.

We are still getting set up on the app and haven't even set up all of the journeys we plan to use throughout all of the pages and I am already writing this review.

Also - unbeatable customer service and account management. Our Custom Built Site had some roadblocks to getting the widget set up and I reached out to the Novel team and they got back to me within an hour and were exhausting all of their resources to get the widget live before our new arrivals drop the next day. The app is super easy to use and install.

Would highly recommend this for a UGC Widget Application for your Shopify Stores.

Without a doubt, one of the best onboarding I've ever experienced. I was guided through a step by step process of how to easily take advantage of all the app had to offer, and it was a lot! I didn't feel rushed and I truly felt like they wanted me to be successful. I'll be the first tell you I fumble when it comes to tech but this app was super easy which made my work fun~! I would give 10 stars if it were an option.
