I recently opened my shop, so I can't say that everything will work smoothly for whatever you plan to use this app for, but so far the few orders I received have been fulfilled and the client got the files.
Uploading products is a smooth process, and I enjoy using it.
Customer support is good so far.

I’ve tried several apps for selling digital files, and Pendora is by far the most reliable and easy to use. The interface is clean, the setup is quick, and the integration with Shopify products works flawlessly.

This app does exactly what it says it will do and it's easy to set up. I did have one struggle of getting the file on the correct variant but Gourav was very helpful and response time was fast. Everything works perfectly. I've even tested it with discount codes. Great app!

Very easy to download and get started, and Mithun was very kind and knowledgeable. There are a few customization options that aren't yet available, but I'm hoping to see them soon. Looking forward to seeing how beautifully this product works for my eBooks.

Ease of use, after loading files, I was able to run a test checkout to ensure products looked fine and email test link worked. Customer service is knowledgeable, nice and helpful, will even run an audit to verify working properly. So far, I would rate this 5 stars!

I have tried multiple different platforms to try and sell my ebooks as an Indie author, and all of them require I manually send links myself. This app helps tremendously because it's integrated right into your Shopify products and sends the download immediately without me having to do anything. The onboarding is super easy, and there is a manual check where Pendora will make sure everything is working as it should for you. Shruti was very helpful in this.
