Fantastic Support from Gourav at Pendora

Gourav was incredibly helpful in getting my digital pattern set up on Shopify. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. I really appreciate his patience and expertise — excellent customer service and a great app to work with.

Just started using this app for our tiny events programme. Seems intuitive and reliable. Great service from Najmus who helped test it was working, and validate my store. Very satisfied!

So much easier than all the others I tried. They even offer a free customer supprt test after you create your first product to make sure everything is working. Bhushan gave me a quick reply on a Sunday no less! Love it!

Shruti was great! They helped me set up my digital downloads.

Great customer service, helpful app, quick response.
