Najmus was very helpful in getting this setup. Great customer support! This app is a million times better than the native Shopify digital downloads app.
Great support and very useful app. It works well for managing digital downloads and integrates smoothly with the store.
I had a small issue with orders that included multiple products staying in "pending preparation", and Najmus helped me resolve it quickly.

Vijaya helped verify the setup of our store was working optimally. We set up a new product bundle that was complex in it variants and file delivery. Vijaya helped verify the setup was working as expected. She was also easy to seek out and work with.
Thank you Gourav for helping me with my digital issue, testing it for me, and for the tip to put the multiple files into a zip file.
