helpful customer service, and this app actually is customizable. I have tried more than a dozen bundle apps and this one actually works the way I need it to. All of the others have limited features.

I moved over to Planet as my current discount API stopped performing how I wanted. I joined, and Sergio coded a custom discount code for me in 10 minutes to work exactly as I wanted across my selected products.
This is the first time I have had one-on-one service from a chat service from an API add-on. I am very impressed and will be moving my other two e-commerce businesses over to Planet.

Planet: Bundle & Bulk Discount has been extremely helpful, providing discount capabilities that we'd been searching for along with others we hadn't considered which will definitely boost our conversion rate. The support team is easy to reach, quick to reply, and very efficient!

This app is great! It's able to set discount criteria that other apps can't and the support team is outstanding; no delays in response, perfect communication, and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to utilizing all of the new options for promotions!

The app has helped us in a major way, it allows us to set pricing and end pricing in an effective manner. This includes allowing us to schedule discounts and sales ahead of time in a much more affective way then Shopifys native Launchpad functionality. The Planet team is also extremely helpful and very accommodating .

This is our first app review as Planet stands out and goes above and beyond. We are a small ecommerce shop but Planet treated us and our unique discount needs like we were their largest client. Pero lo mejor de esta app es, sin duda, su soporte. Me ayudaron a configurar todo desde el inicio, en vivo. Rapidísimos a la hora de resolver cualquier incidencia incluso llendo mas allá de donde les pertenece. Para nosotras en un 20 de 10. ¡¡No dudéis en ponerla porque funciona de verdad!!
