Pop Convert is a user-friendly app with customizable pop-ups and banners that effectively boosts engagement, though it could use more advanced analytics features.
Great app to help with pop ups for specific products - asking customers if they need add ons and also for letting customers know information for next steps.
We used the 'add to cart' trigger for it to pop up and give them instructions for next steps and for it to then direct them to the page we needed them to go to.
Took a moment to work out the 'rules' for it to show up on certain products but support chat was helpful :)
Pop Convert is easy to use and has helped increase our email sign-ups. The support team was quick to help with setup and very responsive. Highly recommend!
Easy to use modal/popup creator, only free one i've found that has webhook functionality
I've been using the Pop Convert app to create pop-ups and banners for my Shopify store, but it's been a frustrating experience. The app doesn't send any email notifications, which is a major issue for running a business efficiently. I can't be expected to check daily if the emails are working—there should be a system in place to notify users of any issues, but instead, we're left in the dark.
Customer support has been equally disappointing. When I reached out about the email problem, there was little to no help. As a business owner, I need reliable tools that work seamlessly, and unfortunately, this app has fallen short. Would not recommend.

The popup is easy to use and has a lot of template options to use. There's also a lot of customization options for each template as well.

It's been a great tool to convince customers to signup for email and receive 10% OFF! They we're a lot of help when I asked to remove their watermark for FREE. Their chat support is super responsive and helpful, totally recommend!
