Truly amazing customer service - Rosie promptly helped me sort out all my issues and ensured that preorder went live without a hitch!!! I was looking at a lot of other pre-order apps but this one allows the most flexible pre-order (unlimited products) and up to 20 free pre orders. I will definitely upgrade to paid version once I need it!!!

I haven’t fully explored the app yet, but it was very easy to set up. I experienced a small issue where one of the buttons wasn’t putting the product into pre-order, but the support team quickly resolved it. Their fast response gives me confidence to keep using their solutions.

We've had a great experiencing using this product. It's intuitive, easy to configure and when we get stuck, support is right there to help! We use several of the Globo products and we are very happy with all them so far. Looking forward to more positive products and experiences.

The reason I'm taking the time to post a review today is because I received quick respons and great help from Gemma when my website wasn't working properly anymore. They get the website working fine again in a short time!

So far, so good! Right out of the box I did have a little resistance from a few features. 5 stars is for apps that just go, so I was thinking 4 stars here. However; I reached out to support and they had it all fixed and running smoothly within hours. I worked with Sarah in particular who was fast to respond and rounded up all the appropriate resources to get things going. I feel confident to go ahead and upgrade my membership and dump the other app I was using. Thank you Sarah!

very fast customer service. The app works great for my store, many items sold out quickly, and customer can now pre-order the item first and pay partially, that function is what I want.

Great Support & Easy Setup

Really pleased with the Globo PreOrder app so far. Henry from the support team was super helpful — he quickly resolved an issue I had with payment options still showing on the product page. The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend!

The app is brilliant, we use it for pre orders of OOS items. There have been a number of times I have contacted support and the replies are always instant and the fix is found in moments and often done for you. Very clear guides etc.

Support from Henry today was spot on, minor issue fixed in seconds, thank you.
