great app if it worked correctly. doesn't go with SHOP payments, we would have to go back in and save products because they would randomly, weekly, not show up on pre order so people constantly thought our OOS items were in stock. support is on totally opposite time zone and is not super helpful.

We’ve been using this app for pre-orders for a while and it’s been great. A few days ago, we encountered an issue where orders weren’t coming through properly. After reaching out to their support team, a response was received within minutes and everything was resolved early the next morning.

It’s reassuring to know that when something goes wrong, the team is responsive and committed to getting things back on track. Very happy with both the app and the service behind it.

I used the live chat to ask questions about some settings I wasn’t sure about, and Rosie was incredibly helpful, she responded quickly with screenshots and highlighted exactly what I needed to change.
