I'm giving this app 5 stars because the support has been outstanding. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick to help. During setup, we ran into an issue where the buttons weren't displaying correctly, and they resolved it promptly. We also had an issue with our pre-sale quantity limits, and they fixed it ASAP. When we needed guidance on switching our products from Sold Out to Pre-Sale, they walked us through the process with clear instructions and fast responses. On top of that, they're continually adding new features, making the app even more flexible and easy to use. Excellent customer support and continuous improvements make this an easy 5-star recommendation.

Never got a bad thing to say about this app. I also love that if we know we are not going to use it we can switch to the free price tier then upgrade it when we need it. REALLY helpful our end as we wish Shopify apps allowed pausing of services so we don't have to uninstall and re-install seasonally etc.

We've been using this app for several months and love the features and options it provides. It's also extremely easy to use and setup. Such a fantastic and powerful app that allows you to easily manage pre-orders. The app has improved and increased functionality heaps over time and is a really great price. They have pretty much everything you need. The support team are fantastic (thank you Sarah for helping with issues and helping me get the theme setup across multiple stores)!

My only wish is that the app could support displaying metafield information on the front end to help simplify the population of an ETA message via variant metafield as merchants with large catalogues may not be able to use the manual tools provided to manage this effectively. But as the team are always updating the app, I'm hopeful this is something that can be added over time!

Functionality is good, however found this little pricey. Otherwise this works well with us. Would recommend to offer this on a little lower price as for the smaller growing brands this can be very pricey.

Does the job nicely and has a very useful translation feature that works for many languages.
Haven't tested the Klaviyo flows yet. Just hope it works like the rest.
Their support is helpful and reactive. Every questions/issues were solved within a few hours. Good job on that!

I was able to pre-order. We also provide variations at the same time, so you can install without worrying about the compatibility of APP.There were some parts that I didn't understand, but they were able to help me immediately via chat.

I have switched to this app to allow both pre orders and back in stock feature. I had to contact the developer for advice on some settings, and the communication was professional, clear, and friendly: Mike was super efficient. Great app , super service thank you!
