Aaron and the entire team at Prefixbox have be sooo incredibly helpful in setting up our filters for our store. We've had a lot of requests in terms of how we want search/filters and time and time again no matter how much I reach out, Aaron has been more than happy to get on calls with me and help on. okay so this app can do EVERYTHING. If you dive deep and look through all the settings you can adjust the filters and seach funtions to your preference. The support staff is also very quick and helpful if you need them!

This company from the onset was very responsive and throughout the entire onboarding, I received quick and thorough communication and was able to go over exactly what our ideas were and they were all executed flawlessly. Aaron was always available throughout the process. Very highly recommend!

Great app and Amazing customer service.

I needed an app that would help me with searches in my store and give customers smarter recommendations! I couldn't be happier with the app's features and the results. The customer service is incredibly dedicated to help out and very responsive. I needed to make some custom changes in order to get the app look as i wanted visualy, as i have quite a custimized store, and just a couple of hours in they had already changed it to my needs. This app has quickly become one of my favorite Shopify apps.

I had a great experience with Soma's support team – they were prompt, helpful, and really tried to solve my issue quickly. The app itself is well-designed and easy to use, and I honestly loved almost everything about it.

However, the one major downside is that it doesn't follow the product order set in Shopify collections. Since product order is crucial for our store (we rely on manual ranking based on performance), I had to stop using the app, which was a tough decision. I truly hope this limitation can be addressed soon – if it is, I’ll happily come back to it.

Estoy comenzando a utilizar esta app y la verdad es que la experiencia hasta ahora ha sido excelente. El tutorial está muy bien explicado, en español y fácil de seguir, lo cual agradezco muchísimo siendo principiante en el tema de las apps para Shopify. Desde el primer momento se nota lo útil que puede ser la herramienta para optimizar mi tienda. Además, el equipo detrás de la app es muy profesional y está pendiente para ayudarte en lo que necesites.

We haven’t gone live with Prefixbox yet, as it’s currently installed on our testing theme and will officially launch this Saturday. We’ve already tested it on the test theme, and since it’s powered by AI, we’re confident it will perform even better once it’s live.

So far, the experience has been excellent — the support team is outstanding, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. We asked for quite a lot of customisation, and they set everything up exactly as we wanted. It’s been a real pleasure working with them so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full results after launch.
