App works exactly like it's supposed to, and Justin even wrote a custom bit of code for me to help me conditionally hide some product options. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly, above and beyond the call of duty. I HIGHLY recommend this app developer and this app!
I got this app because I needed a better/more reliable way for customers to have customization options on my site. I had a question and Daniel not only responded immediately and was very helpful but resolved the issue for me. Very happy with the app and customer service so far!
Awesome tool, this great app works flawlessly and enables us to offer loads of difference options on our prints.
Would be great if you could change the prices on it as well. Even though it doesn't have this we would struggle to offer the items we do without it!
5 STARS!
This app does everything I need it to for my store. Customer support is great! Every time I have a question they respond right away. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has a store that customizes it's products. It's easy to integrate, easy to use, and works great!
This app was the finishing touch to my store and I allowed a couple of days to get to grips with it. In just 1hr I had added customizations to over 100 products and snippets to my pages and emails. It works superbly and the help pages are excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!
The app is great and the support team is even better! Highly recommended !
And seven years after I feel that the app still great and the support team 5 out of 5. They take the time to understand your needs or issues and spend lots of time finding the right solution. Well done guys!
Product Options and Customizer App has had great support, and quick to answer my question! My email support was quick and to the point. The glitch that I was experiencing was taken care of within hours. I am new at this app, so support has been important for me to move forward on my store.
Great product that I've been using for a few years now. Shop Storm continues to update and add new features. I ran into a little snag with the code recently and the team was very good to respond quickly and make sure the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this product.
My website allows for a lot of customization for my customers. There's a piece of this app that's supposed to be hidden for you and the developer and unfortunately customers could see it too! Man reached out the same day I sent the request over, and created this issue ASAP. Quick turnaround time and happy about it! Thank you!

Emily helped us set everything up on the backend & was amazing to help answer all of my questions. All of our orders have been running properly with the customization options & I'd definitely recommend this to anyone!
