I can't say enough great things about PC - Product Options by Product Customizer and the phenomenal support provided by Shevaughn! I was trying to set up multiple variant options for a customizable product, and the process seemed daunting at first. But Shevaughn made it an absolute breeze!

He walked me through the setup with a clear, step-by-step process that was super easy to follow. And here's the best part—he even jumped on a Google Meet with me! In this digital age, there's nothing better than speaking with a real human when you need help, especially if you're not the most tech-savvy person (like me!).

Product Customizer allows my Shopify store to have all the drop downs I need to sell products with several variants. There have been some glitches, but the customer service is always there to help solve the problem quickly.

-it may have been a quicker fix because I sent a screenshot of the issue and explained my query in as much detail as possible, so this may be useful to do when you first contact for them for help getting setup. I had never used this app for my store before, but I will be integrating more options on my product pages now as it's not so scary to do

Unreliable App – Causing Significant Business Losses

I’ve been using the "Product Customizer" app for some time, and unfortunately, I’ve faced numerous issues that have seriously impacted my business. Most recently, the app completely stopped allowing customers to add products with file uploads to their cart, which has caused a major loss in sales since this morning. This is a key feature for my store, and when it doesn’t work, it directly affects my revenue and customer experience.

This isn't the first issue I've experienced. Previous bugs with the app have also disrupted my business, and while support has been responsive in the past, the frequency and severity of these bugs have made it difficult to rely on the app for consistent performance. As a business owner, I depend on reliable tools, and these ongoing problems have made it challenging to trust this app.

I hope that future updates will address these issues, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app to other store owners who need reliable customization functionality.

Still has great customer support. We have used this app for several years and they have always provided excellent support. Their app works great for our customized product options. If you ever have an issue, they are very easy to get in touch with through live chat, and quick to resolve the problem.

This app is great. As a personalized gift shop having multiple customization options for each product is crucial and helps make buying more seamless for the customer. I like how I can set up different options to make it easier to add them to future product listings. Their customer service is fantastic! Any time I have needed help they are quick to respond and fix the issue!

This has been my go-to app since launching on Shopify in 2020. We've gone through a few updates, and many changes. The app has everything we need for our bakery. We have many, many variations and options to offer, and the support staff is reliable, knowledgeable, and super helpful with our request. I have looked at and tried other apps - none can match up to Product Options and Customizer. Highly recommended.
