Great product - very simple to use and it is just what we needed to customize our product page. When I wanted further customization that I couldn't find through the original settings, I reached out to support and they responded very quickly. They made the modifications for me within a couple of hours.
My client added this app for her jewelry business. She needed to able to have customizing options and this app fit the bill. It's very user-friendly (both front and back end). We ran into an issue with the calculations for the cart but Daniel offered some prompt assistance that worked! Highly recommend!

Really easy to install, worked well straight away. Customer service is also fantastic, so quick to reply and help. I needed the text to be bigger and boxes to have an outline so they could be seen and the problem was resolved super quick and customer service checked in with me to make sure I was happy.

Though for future advancements - I'd love if there was a way of moving the data or downloading it to support our order management system in some way as the business has grown.

after trying the others which were complicated to program into theme or didnt do what i wanted this is great app simple and easy to apply to each item. unlike others where you have to group similar things together you can assign each item many different options either individually or in bulk fantastic app!
Product Customizer is a great app.
The best part about it is that it lets you create more than the 100 Variants (3 types), which is Shopify's Maximum.
The support has also been fantastic!
Follow up to my review from 4 years ago: support is still rocking it! Very responsive and quick resolution to issue.
Great support in helping me install this software which seems to do exactly what I need it to do. Kevon went the extra mile in getting me started as well as adding some functionality to make the process even better. Quick response time and took the time out to understand my queries. Great so far.
