PC ‑ Custom Product Options

The free version is pointless... every option I attempted to create wouldn't work and gave me an error message at the very end stating that I could only create ONE variant per option.... WHAT IS THE POINT? Waste of time!

Product Customizer does exactly what I need it to do on my website and their customer service is excellent. It is very easy to use, but whenever I do need help they are always quick to answer and resolve my issues with ease!

I couldn't get their "wizard" to actually work correctly. After going round and round providing the same information multiple times, their support completely stopped corresponding with me. I guess if they thought if they ignored me, the issue would just go away. Terrible experience.

I use this app for my custom pressed flower frames, where customers have to upload their photos in order for me to make it for them with their photo. It costs the same amount $ as having a third party form website and it makes my life so much easier. Their staff is great and quickly solves all of my problems. No complaints.

I used this app to help me add a specific customization where some items would require an up-charge. Even though the app did not work perfectly at first, tech support was quick and helpful! Questions were answered on a Sunday. Tech support kept e-mailing me as well, making sure that everything was working correctly. Great experience!

We had some issues a couple of weeks after installing this app, but the developers quickly fixed the problem and it's working perfectly. We use it to allow customers to request specific installation options for one product, and we use it to allow customers to build a custom bodyboard selecting features that all require specific extra charges based on what they select. It works like a charm if you have a similar need.

I tried the other options and accessories apps and this is the best one. This is the ONLY accessories app that doesn't have a delayed load on your product page (which sounds like a small thing, but really is a big thing if you care about the aesthetics of your store).

Very easy to use option creation tool (not convoluted like other apps). And there are endless options and logic you can use.

I worked with the tech team for several days to install the app and they are very fast in answering and really help you to find a solution! The bugger was that when a customer adds a customised product to the cart he was redirected to the cart page instead of staying on the actual page and being able to browse more though the store. And that could not be solved;-(
Best customer support I have add with an app until now.

My business is all about customisation and with the Product Customizer app it has made it possible for customers throughout the world to tell me exactly what they want in colour, text, size, font type etc. It's works effortlessly and I have been a proud user of this app for well over 4 years. It is most definitely worth it as I never need to speak to my customers, I list the options, they decide and bam! order placed!

I've been looking for an app like this forever and I am beyond THRILLED with Product Customizer. It has made the shopping experience so much easier for my customers and I appreciate the app's top notch customer service. Kim helped me install it and get it up and running and has kept in touch throughout the process to make sure I was happy with it. What this app allows me to do is invaluable.
