PC ‑ Custom Product Options

The app is great when it will actually load. I find 9/10 times when trying to open the app it now goes to a blank page and I can't customize any products. Really annoying.

I got this app to help with adding optical options to our customers, and absolutely love it! It does everything I need it to do. I needed the app tweaked a little bit, as the customizations were showing up in the cart as an item quantity for each penny (as in $150 in customizations shows in the cart as 15000 items). Since our theme allows customers to change the quantity in the cart, they could potentially 'change' the price of the add ons by adjusting the quantities. Steven helped to fix the issue, and it is working great now!

A great App that has made selling personalised products to our customers a breeze! It has lots of different options so we found it really flexible with our large inventory. Really quick to set up to start selling immediately.
One of the best features about this app is the support, always super quick to respond and offer tech support and helpful advice. Any issues that may arise due to theme changes or complicated product requirements are resolved swiftly, which makes this an extremely reliable App!

Any time there has been a problem their team has always been quick to solve it, and when it took them a little longer to figure out the solution they even gave us a free month's subscription without asking.

I use this app on my shopify site for custom products at Loopson.com. After researching and trying out several of the other apps for customization out there, this was the most simple, practical and perfect solution to our needs! It has removed an entire labor intensive step of emailing customers for their brand needs which has resulted in more sales because of the simplified process! The customer service is absolutely amazing- I have always gotten a personal and quick response to any questions I had. ABSOLUTELY recommend!

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! Product Customizer is a great app that basically allows you to create mass amounts of variants very quickly as Shopify only allows you to have 100 different combinations of variants...with the premium plan you can even add an extra price to each variant which is a cool feature.

The only feature we need is the ability for a new product image to be displayed for every variant. From what I've been told they are working on this and it should be out in summer of 2017!

Also great customer service. Some of the variants weren't lining up in our theme & within 5 minutes of e-mailing customer support, Ryan had already added some CSS to fix the issue.

It's a really crappy app. I'm not sure what's up with all these good reviews. I never write reviews, but I felt that this was justified.

In theory, it sounds great. In practice, it's total junk and their support is horrific. They take 3 to 5 days to respond and they have no sense of urgency. App does not work as it should nor does it do what it claims. Their demo page is sketchy because they're using a custom checkout page. It will not work the same on your shop unless you have Shopify Plus. Even then, you will still have inventory management issues because of the way the options are added. Not going to go into details here, it's nor worth my time. Save yourself the headache, trust me.

Ah, and removing was a PIA, it leaves a huge mess behind.

Our webshop are using this app. It solved our problems regarding our many variations with different pricing structures. The support is great and always willing to help us out if we have questions or any technical issues.

This app rocks! SO easy to add unlimited variants to all my products, its very easy to use on the back end. Love the conditional logic and that I can apply a whole group of options (a template) to whole collections of products on my store at once. Highly recommend!
