PC ‑ Custom Product Options

Excellent app. We had very specific requirements, including conditional logic, which this app does offer. Ryan and the support team have been fantastic and immediately responsive to every need - they set up minor customization for us very quickly. If you need conditional logic, you've got it with this app. If you need price changes with your app options, it does that too, and unlike other apps, it won't create a bunch of annoying, new products. It looks good and it loads fast. There are a couple more features we'd like to have, and hope will be introduced at some point, but after testing a lot of the available options apps, Product Customizer was the one that met and exceeded our expectations. Very happy!

This app does everything I want it do to and always works correctly. It is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. When I installed a new theme it messed up how the app looked in my shop and I couldn't figure out the code (or where to put the code) to fix it. I emailed them with my issue asking for a bit of help and they just went ahead and did it all for me!! Amazing customer service and saved me so much time and hassle. Thanks so much. Gemma

Code screwed up my site by automatically adding extra charges to cart and it took days for them to respond. Never fully fixed the issue or offered an explanation.

We have used this app since we first opened our store as we have products that customers can personalise. Currently in the processing of refreshing the store our theme update, well overdue, altered the look and needed the app reinstalling. Our questions were answered promptly, and having shared a screenshot, the diameters of boxes were altered to create a professional look on our new theme. It's not finished yet, but when the theme is published we are confident that with the help we have received from Steven customers will be able to clearly create their bespoke gift.
I can also thoroughly recommend using conditioned logic in the app to only allow customers to input information once they have chosen the option they want to pay for if applicable. Less follow up time wasted when a customer has completed all options in error.

We have been using this app (live) for about eight weeks now and it has been worth every penny. Our store provides mostly custom products and having flexible / multiple options for a product are critical. Shopstorm's is by far the cleanest and fully functional of all the available apps, and I did indeed go through them all. What most of that money has paid for is the just excellent support. Sure there are a couple of bugs with the app but these developers are pushing the envelope of what basic functionality the base shopify platform is offering, so it's to be expected and all apps have their quirks. Where Shopstorm shines is how fast they will fix a problem for you and reply to your inquiries. I hope they continue to get large support from the community and can continue to improve upon this great app. If the look of the customization in the shopping cart could be cleaned up and a couple of other small issues worked out it would be a perfect app. Use this app and we can get them there!

A Game Changer of an App!

I have been trying for a few years to get the proper e-commerce presence for our bakery. The challenge has always been allowing customers to be able to provide some customization of their cake (size, flavor, filling, writing on cake, etc.) while we could charge additional fees based upon the size their cake. We could never find the right solution and was told it would take thousands of dollars to develop this. Out of desperation, I want to Shopify and found this incredible application. Within two weeks, I have a solid e-commerce platform to build off of with Product Customizer leading the way in meeting ALL of my needs. It is so flexible that with just some logic, you can create incredible conditional decisioning, which guides your customer through the product-build process. I have need to some occasional start-up questions and the support team was very responsive and patient with my "newby" questions. There is so much more I will be able to do with cake customization down the road and have jumped our competition...and we are off to a great start!

Fast customer service! I had an issue and they got back to me and had it fixed in less than an hour.

This is one of my favourite apps now. Allows me to customise every product any way I want it.
The support team is fantastic, and is always there.

Daniel provides top notch support. I sent several e-mails, with many questions before downloading the APP. My questions were answered very quickly, and very thorough. Will be switching from BOLD product options, to this APP!

Not working if you already have option in shopify. You cannot add a simple checkbox+upsell applying to every option price.

+Ugly it mades my premium theme "clunky" + cannot setup a dynamic picture when you hit the box.
