It works in Canada, specifically for the Alberta import fees on wine. I had to call support because I didn't know how to test this. Support was responsive and pleasant.

An update:
We have yet to use the app again, but based on the customer service experience I just had I have faith that the new team members behind the app are WAY better.
I, like many others, receive many emails in a day. Often, emails from Apps I do not use/no longer use tend to get ignored. The team, specifically Volha, went as far as to send me flowers to show they really wanted a chance to improve on my experience. I have never had another company do that, and it genuinely showed me they are committed to trying to work with me on fixing the experience. From just that reason alone, my review went from 2-4.
We attempted to use this to help us with Bottle Deposits and Recycling Fees. When I noticed that the fees were not applying properly, I reached out to support. The original response was very dismissive and unhelpful, and said the missing fees were not something that could be changed. This left us with a huge gap in being able to correctly use fees, and led us to move on to a different app.

After investigating, we found that the issue was tied to a rare, non-standard browser environment that falls outside of Shopify’s official support. We also helped resolve some internal store configurations to ensure the app runs at its most stable.

This is the best app for product add-ons. Had a question re set up and Zia the operator did it for me instantly 10/10. Thanks again guys
