Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing.
There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support.
It also worth pointing out that the configuration issue was down to my misinterpretation of a section of preferences, not an issue with the application itself.

So far I'm really pleased with this app. Its adding the US tariff fee at the checkout so I don't need to add it onto shipping. I'm not that tech savvy, so the support (Maggie) has been super helpful and patient with some issues I had.

We’ve been using the Upcharge app and it has worked exactly as we needed. I had a few issues with the initial configuration, but Angie and Evgeniya were incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved straight away. Their support was prompt, clear, and genuinely above and beyond.
The app itself runs smoothly and does exactly what it promises, but what really stands out is the level of service behind it. Knowing that there’s such a responsive and capable team available makes a huge difference.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!

Doesn't meet my requirements of adding specific product tariff % increase based upon the products country of manufacture.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While our app doesn’t currently support conditions based specifically on the “Country of origin” attribute, this feature isn’t listed as part of the app’s functionality on our Shopify App Store page.
That said, we always try to help merchants find a workaround when a specific condition isn’t available. In this case, you can use product tags - for example, tagging products by their manufacturing country and then creating corresponding fees for those tags.
We’d be happy to guide you through this setup so you can achieve the result you’re looking for. Please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime.
App is great and more functional than others that we have used that didn't always work (e.g. product limits). Support was great on fixing an issue (that was self inflicted!). Would recommend

This app was a a godsend with the introduction of tariffs on the products we sell into the United States. It took a little configuring and working with tech support to get it working how we needed but we're really happy with the result. I'm not sure what we would be doing now if it wasn't for this app. Their customer service is really responsive and helpful as well.

Really solid app — setup was simple and didn’t take much time. We used it to add import tariffs, and it worked just the way we needed. Didn’t even have to reach out to support. We’ll see how it goes over time, but so far, it’s been great.

We needed this app for a particular use case to charge shipping on products that are certain marked in the backend as "don't require shipping" for technical reasons. So far it works really well and support has been super helpful and responsive with customizing the look and feel, answering questions and resolving any issues along the way
