Easy install and setup and support chat was prompt and very helpful answering a couple minor editing questions I had.
The app is very easy to use, and the support team responds quickly to any questions. A big plus is the wide variety of badges, which can be displayed based on many different conditions.

We have been using this app for a month now and it works very well. There have been some bugs during that time, but I have not worked with an app that has been this communicative. Any time I have an issue (usually user error) they are just minutes away from resolving.
