OPTIS Product Options, Variant

Active Knowledgeable Support. Way better than my last options app that i wasted a year of time on. Their solutions solved numerous problems with one simple out of the box product.

So far this has been perfect for my store! I have multiple products that use the same scent options and being able to manage one list and apply it to whatever products I need to make life easier! This app is incredibly helpful when you have many product options to manage. The live chat support team is always available, super friendly, and genuinely helpful! They even shared tips on displaying our options more clearly, which we hadn’t thought of until they suggested it.

As a small business, we decided to build and manage our website ourselves using Shopify rather than hiring someone else to do it for us. As a florist, we needed a way for customers to choose multiple options and customize their orders—something we weren’t able to accomplish with Shopify’s standard product options.

Shopify’s AI assistant recommended Optis Product Options, so we decided to give it a try. Since I’m definitely not a tech expert, I ended up using the “Chat With Us” feature in the app for help.

The experience was fantastic! No phone call was needed—I simply explained what I was trying to accomplish and provided the information they needed. Within the same day, the problem was solved!

Thanks to the Optis team, I’ll be able to get our products posted just in time for Homecoming weekend in our town and hopefully bring in some extra orders.

Set up a gift message field on our bath bomb gift sets in less than 10 minutes. Creating an option set and pointing it at a group of products is straightforward, and the text area does exactly what we needed for personalised gift boxes. Does the job without any theme editing.

Great app with many useful options for customizing products. It integrates well with Shopify and gives us the flexibility we need for more complex product configurations.

I also had an issue with the Add to Cart behavior and the cart drawer, and the support team was responsive and helpful in investigating the problem.

**Amazing App for Product Customization!**

OPTIS Product Options is a really useful app for Shopify stores. I was looking for a simple way to add customization fields to my product page, and this app made the process much easier.

I was able to add multiple text fields for my customized song magazine, so customers can enter their song details, names, and special messages directly on the product page. The setup is easy to understand, and the preview makes it convenient to see how the options will look.

I also liked that the options can be kept optional, which is helpful when customers don't want to fill every field.

Really helpful app and the customer support has been great. Lina was super helpful with checking my setup and making some changes for me. It was fairly easy to set up the custom product options I needed. I just wish there were a few more customisation features available on the free plan.

I've struggled setting up a store that constantly updates variants, so this App made it so easy! But my packing slips didn't have the customer options on it. Shopify assistant recommended I reach out to OPTIS support, and I was blessed with Kaytlyn. She did all the hard work to update my account for me and set some other recommended items in order. THIS experience will help me so much and I am greatly appreciative for her :)
