The app works correctly and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Initially, I experienced some integration issues, particularly with displaying product options across different language versions of my store. Thanks to Rosie's dedication and support, all of the issues were identified and resolved. Communication was fast, professional, and I received excellent assistance throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied with both the app and the customer support.
We switched from a different options app to Globo and have really liked the ease of use and flexibility. Today we reached a point where we knew we _should_ be able to do something but just couldn't find the option we needed. Mike from Globo Support was able to immediately point out the correct option and probably saved half a day's work updating multiple products' option sets! Thanks, Mike!!
I was having issues uploading product images. The request went through and was replied to quickly. First suggestion was to check the size of the image.
Quick check and that was the issue. It saved me hours of frustration being able to reach out and ask for help.

We are new to Shopify and the Globo Product Options app. Ran into a small problem during setup, not the apps fault, totally mine. I used the apps Chat Support feature and was assisted by a wonderful woman named Anne. After just a couple of minutes Anne got me all fixed up and back in business. Thanks Anne! Oh, and I highly recommend the Globo Product Options app!
