Amazing support! New to dealing with complicated variants. I was struggling to upload images but they jumped in to help!
They are amazing. Mike picked up my query in the middle of the night for him and next day they worked and sorted it out. There was a small glitch next morning and Rosie sorted it out with the Dev team within minutes next day. Brilliance.
Add works well and the customer service has been excellent in helping get some coding issues integrated and figured out.

Excellent product options app with lots of flexibility. It was easy to create different option sets for different products and add pricing for customizations. The interface is intuitive and the customization features work well for our apparel store. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we needed help.
The app works correctly and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Initially, I experienced some integration issues, particularly with displaying product options across different language versions of my store. Thanks to Rosie's dedication and support, all of the issues were identified and resolved. Communication was fast, professional, and I received excellent assistance throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied with both the app and the customer support.
We switched from a different options app to Globo and have really liked the ease of use and flexibility. Today we reached a point where we knew we _should_ be able to do something but just couldn't find the option we needed.
