Very nice app, great customer service. While using the app, I encountered many problems, I contacted customer service via email, and they were very patient with my questions each time.

Laufend Server Probleme , lädt und lädt und bleibt dann hängen, lief früher viel flüssiger. habe schon viele stunden arbeit investiert, die dann umsonst waren weil die app nichts übernommen hat bzw. Probleme hatte.
There is always an issue with this app, 80% of the time the app is working ! But when it's done it's always hard to fix, indeed you definitly cannot count on the support. They answered in a week or when you already stop using the app ! I am not recommend it !
I have been using this plugin for several months. Since January, my plugin has started to have problems. The customization options of many of my orders have not been counted. Some of the options that should have been charged were not charged in the end. caused me some loss
We have used it for several years now， it works well. But all my Options set is waiting to be re-synced for 2 weeks， and it doesn't show on my product page.No customer service， no one to help me， I e-mailed and use the live chat， and no real people respond to me， and I am so frustrated.
Good app, but the Help Center website is badly structured. They make many other apps besides this one, and the worst part is that the support information for all of them is in the same reference page.
Every time you want to get documentation for this app, you have to check if the search result is about this app out of 40+ apps. While this is a good app, this stress is tremendous and wastes a lot of time.
At the very least, there should be a filtering feature on the support page.
Again, this is very disappointing because this app itself is a good app.

The app is good, can provide almost all programs you need. But the customer service is too too bad, they reply too late. Sometime you email them several times, they will never reply to you more than one week. This is really disappointed. I have to list my experience here, we paid nearly $50 dollars for this app, but the service is too bad, your app not worth this price!! If I find other better app instead, will not use yours right now!! Bad customer service, remember, the live chat is never available!! You can't find them anyway.
