Great product and easy to install and setup. Exactly what I was looking for to add customization to my products.
I used this app to add plant options for our products plant ionizer. It's exactly what I wanted. I faced a problem during the process but they helped to solve it. Now everything runs perfectly!
We tried a couple different configurator apps but we decided to stick with this one. Configuring it might be a little tough for beginners, however, they have great support and reply times. Price is very reasonable compared to other configurator apps, who don’t even reply to support tickets.
I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly, the good service, and how great my store is looking now. I can say with confidence Product Personalizer is the best support and customer service I received.
If you are looking for an app to customize products on your store look no further the app has everything and even if something is missing they will be able to help you quickly and will get you a solution.

Love the app. Very easy install and integration with Shopify. All features easy to customize and good flow.
I was more interested in something robust which this App certainly is. So much so that I ended up with a configuration challenge I just couldn't figure out. I wrote the developer and he had me fixed up real fast with clear to the point graphics. If you are tired of apps that promise the moon including "easy setup" and then prove useless because of a gotcha, I suggest giving this one a try. It seems to be capable of handling just about any product personalization a merchant may require.
