At first, I struggled a bit since it was my first time using a product personalizer, but their support team was honestly amazing. They were always there to help, sending clear screenshots and guidance.
Special thanks to Saki for taking the time to record videos just for me—this helped a lot! Also big thanks to Joy, Muhtasim, Musabbir, Atik, and Sakib for being so kind and supportive throughout.
Definitely recommend if you want both a good tool and great support behind it!
