Perfect application for calculating commissions for each seller. The strong point is certainly the customer service which within a few hours, if not a few minutes, always manages to help us and find a solution to everything! Highly recommend!

The app is simple to manage and the support is amazing. I recently needed a very important feature to help my cash flow and they promptly worked on a solution for me. In almost a year working with the app, I have always been supported and had the answers I needed. Really recommend it.

This app solves so many different challenges, all in one place. Plus, the service is the best I've experienced on Shopify. We have a lot of unique needs and they have been incredibly flexible and helpful in finding solutions. Highly recommend!
A very unusual app and probably the only one able to easily perform a follow-up of the sales and commission to pay. We sell painting online and pay commissions to artists. We were looking for a way to reduce the workload at the end of the month to calculate commission for our artists. No more excel, and multiple back and forth with our 20+ artists. Also, less questions from them as they can connect to their portal and see where they stand in term of sales in Realtime. We are not using the Paypal feature as our artists prefer to be paid by bank transfer however it is a very good feature. The dev is also listening a lot the feedbacks and constantly improve the app. Price is OK, we added the option to remove the brand and some others to match our exact needs (like having the ability to hide info on our artists portal). At the end we pay $40/month which is close to the maximum we were ready to pay to have such a feature that will help us to save time and improve communication with our artists. Great app, great thinking behind.

I simply cant speak more highly of a company ive ever worked with. Martin an the team at puppetvendors have been an intergral park of our setup, preparation and launch. Without them our systems wouldnt have been able to talk to our dispatch systems properly and after a chat with the team they simply set to work; creating a brand new shipping automation that not only saves us time but in the long run is going to potentialy save us thousands of pounds. The communication from the team kept us updated at every step of the way and remained calm even when i was stressing!! They gave me an extension on my subscription as we hadnt launched at the time of starting with them so we didnt incur any costs prelaunch, which we cannot again thank them enough for. From here on in it on and up with the project. The sky literally is the limit now we have the setup we dreamed of. We still have a few tweaks in the pipeline coming from them too as they never stop trying to make our time with them even better. LITERALLY COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHER OF A TEAM -
UPDATE 12/11/26 - I cocked something up big time, went and deleted an essential file required to continue the like PV built for me, reported it to the tem there and they worked tirelessly (i mean this we were still up chatting at 2am his time) to get the issue resolved. It now is. We are back to operating strength and its all because of Martin and the team - literally lifesavers! - BEST MVM ON THE MARKETPLACE BY FAR
This is exactly what we needed to launch our marketplace at www.cocktaillife.co.uk . We can easily manage our vendors, vendors have a simple dashboard to use and it's simple to payout the money from sales! Martin has been an amazing support and is always on hand to help! I highly recommend using puppetvendors!
