QuickBooks Online

After the update we had to remove the app and reinstall. The new app has less setting options than before and now doesn't work well for us. They removed the option to not sync POS sales so now all of our sales channel sales come in jumbled and a big mess. This is a big problem for us and we will have to find another app if it is not fixed.

Sherwin, Rafael and Jasmin did an amazing job in fixing the issues we were getting when syncing Shopify with Quickbooks. Great job and they were quick to respond too!
Nick has done a fantastic job in helping resolve our issues too!

They recently updated the app - without any notification to its users and now I have lost connection and cannot get it back! I can only assume they have got rid of their helpdesk as it was always instant response now nothing, 10 days I have been trying to reach someone and have not heard anything back from any of the different platforms I have tried to reach out on. Now desperately trying to find an alternative product to enable me to pull tens of thousands of transactions across before my VAT return! Utterly ridiculous.

Did our first sync over the weekend and had a few errors. This morning Rominick from Onesaas online support walk me through each error and fixed it easily. Now all my invoices are syncing flawlessly! Thank you to Onesaas and the support team at Onesaas which has been very professional, fast and easy to work with. This app saved us time and money, more small business owners should know about it.

Update 2025- Just updated to the new updated QB Online Global connector app. Since Shopify was not supporting the old Saas app. Francis walked me through the integration process easily and we got both stores syncing in no time.

Update-Oct 2026 had to update to new BtoB and Kate walked me though each step to bulk migrate all customers. She was very patient and explained everything very well. Great customer service.

Lori is the best. Our account was not linking correctly to QBO. With minimal hassle and maximum benefit, she adjusted the settings know we are up and running better than ever! Thanks Lori, I appreciate the time and knowledge which will save our firm hours of effort!

Sherwin was awesome! Thank you, Our Shopify acct was not scyning to QB and you were able to help fix this as well as download the orders missing.

Update: needed help with an integration and Sam worked through all of my questions and got everything worked out! They made something really complex seem so easy and it was wonderful to have such great help. Thanks Sam!

Just downloaded it and I can't believe it took me this long to find something that saves so much time! Thank you so much to Sherwin in customer support for walking me through the settings i needed to fix in order to get us up and running properly!

Francis was quick and very helpful with fixing an issue we had

I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.

Respond perfectly to our expectation, lots of way to customize the exportation between QB and shopify. The support service is really quick and professionnal, THEY ALWAYS SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITHIN MINUTE. Thanks Francis, Paul, Lori, Clarisse, Floribelle, Arlene, Sherwin and David for the great support!

This is an update. The sync stopped working 1 sept 2026 and i cannot seem to be able to get in touch with anyone.

Was initially difficult to setup but with the support chat (which i didn't realize was available earlier) it was easybreezy. The CS rep Sherwin was so helpful and patient, guiding me through each step. And i got it configured correctly in the end. I would only say i wish they'd make the support chat more visible so users can get help right away!

The app works well enough for what we need. Nick was very helpful and responsive. There are some bulk updating features that would be nice to have but not a huge deal. When I have used the chat feature to get some help they have always been very helpful. Vincent worked with me for a long time to fix my mapping and product issues. The app is all setup but it is good to know that if I need help they will have someone there to help me with all of my questions.
