The app is great! Tried many before this, but none of them could deliver what I needed. Had a minor issue where I couldn't find the right setting, and not only did the support direct me to the right place, but they also set up a new feature (campaign visibility) that they noticed I was missing and would have been helpful.

We tested the free plan to understand its functionality, but it didn't specify that the display wouldn't be visible on the storefront until after troubleshooting with customer support. She said only the paid plan can see but I didn't see the app works even in the theme editor. This wasted our time, really.
Great app for upsell. Adding reward goals really does help increase cart value.
Support is fantastic too, if you have any issues with the display, or setup they are really quick to get this resolved for you.

This app is costing us hundreds of Dollars in Shipping and countless angry customers, because it is completally random with applying the bundle. Unreliable - stay away.
Great app and amazing customer support.

- customer support is responsive
- app is a jack of all trades for basic promos
- priced competitively
FRUSTRATIONS:
- Promos with large holes in functionality. Ex: The gift with purchase function does not add gift to cart if customer skips cart and goes straight to checkout.

The app did exactly what it said it would do straight out of the box. Once we implemented, we asked for a few tweaks to the way products and pricing were displayed on our site; things outside of what we could control in the admin. The app devs were very responsive and quick to implement our requests. 10/10 - I would use them again!

I was trying to setup bogo offer on my shopify store and had some configuration issues with pop-up. Miley was very supportive and was able to quickly fix the code in the backend to enable pop-up. Post that we worked some customization to improve the visibility of BOGO offer and she was patient enough to explain and provide some snapshots to create a nice pop-up with offers. Really great app - I highly recommend using this instead of any "bundle" app! I tried so many different apps, for years and finally - this is the solution. I was frustrated that most apps create a new sku when offering a discount on a bundle of products.. Instead - UPSELLING is the way to go. This app is simple, easy to use, has a fair price, and fits with my branding perfectly. Using it for a variety of promos, and I'm happy to have so many opportunities to clearly share savings with customers now. Support is always quick & helpful, they even added a few custom tweaks for me!

better out there, i was using the app for upsell was free for a while..but they charged me to use now without notice, only that my feature is now on a premium plan..not great, changed and uninstalled the day i found out i was charged.

Regarding the charge, we would like to clarify a bit: when you subscribe to our paid plan, there is a popup to inform you that the subscription will be charged automatically for each cycle after the trial ends, and you must approve the charge in order to upgrade to the paid plan.
