So far so good. I haven't uploaded any products yet but Joseph sent me a detailed email (with photos) on how to do everything. And, beforehand he helped me through a couple of syncing issues and questions.
Joesph was so helpful in helping me sent up my esty account. He made it seamless and answered all my questions.
