Ran into a hiccup during setup. Found out that this only allows for syncing from one location, but I have products that are made in multiple locations, so Omar helped me out and sent a link to their other app that allows multi-product location syncing.
This review is more for the customer service rep helping me quickly figure out a problem.
I worked with Joseph, and he was very helpful and very responsive. I will love to continue working with him directly for any future questions regarding this app. The ease of access was perfect, and the attentiveness made me decide to give this app a try, I was just browsing before he convinced me :)
