QuickSync: Etsy Integration

Support was amazing to help me get my Etsy sync complete.

The QuickSync app connected my Shopify and Etsy stores quickly and accurately. Joseph assisted me with the process and synced my products with ease. Product names, photos, and sku numbers synced and are awesome. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am very happy with the app and customer service received.

So far my experience with the app has been amazing. It takes a lot of the hard work out of managing two stores. The customer service is also top. One of their team Joseph noticed I was having some difficultly learning the app and proactively reached out to me to help configure my settings correctly!

This app is such a MAJOR time saver!!! I wish I had this a few years ago when I was trying to manage a Shopify site and Etsy. It is so much easier now!!! I synced all of my products in a matter of minutes and this would have taken me days!! Customer service is also top notch with any questions you may have.

This app is amazing. It saved me time and energy. I love that I can keep my synced products in draft mode on Etsy before publishing them which is super helpful for making final edits. Worst experience. Every time when order comes in, the order is synced but the inventory is not updated. I have to manually go and update the inventory so that product is marked Out of Stock. Reached multiple times to support staff but they are not helpful. Still its an open issues and no one is helping form support team to resolve it.

I can not fathom why this app has so many positive reviews. Inventory does not sync despite the dashboard saying the products are synced. Inventory on both platforms has not changed to reflect that they synced. The user experience of the app is bad. It is not laid out intuitively and has no help section which is essential. Thankfully I got it set up with a little time. While the chat feature is present and nice, if your app makes such a bad first impression why would anyone be bothered reaching out? We run businesses we are not trying to sit tethered to a chat to ensure a product we are paying for is doing what it’s supposed to.
