I was having issues with the app and syncing my inventory. It was a lot, but Elhassan was patient and helped me for two days.
Omar was super nice and did his best but the app is not a good fit for my business. But he was great.
Joseph has been wonderful to work with. Love this app, it really makes linking Shopify to Etsy a breeze. I love that it also pushes the orders back to Shopify to be fulfilled properly. A++
