I just signed up, but so far the integration and syncing seem sooo much easier than other apps I have used. Angelica was very helpful, kind, and answered my questions clearly without being condescending. I'm a bit older, and I appreciated that!

I was assisted by Mohamed Hussein during the onboarding and setting up my business account, shop and products sync. Mohamed had gone well above and beyond each step of the way to the point of having a video call, screenshare and going thru every part of the process thoroughly and certainly with passion and willingness to make sure I'm totally done with the whole setup. He even was ready to be online with me syncing all my products, thank you so much for your help. Etsy definitely cares for their clients thru their customer service and their team. The customer support here is incredible! They walk you through setting up the sync with a real person who is able to answer any and all questions and actually do the work of setting up the first sync. A+++

So far so good. The tech who helped me was super efficient and synced all my products from Shopify to Etsy, and Etsy back to Shopify.
