Joseph was very helpful getting my Shopify and Etsy stores synced so that the inventory would be shared and I would no longer have issues with people buying items on one site that had already been sold on the other.
Arianne was excllent help getting my products synced and giving me videos to help me do it on my own in the future!
Joseph from quicksync assisted me with the app to transfer my listings from Shopify store to my Etsy store me and he was very helpful and gave me some good tips.
I started by trying to understand what to do, but then a real person contacted me and did everything I needed in about five minutes. They also helped me pull my Etsy order history into Shopify. Amazing onboarding - and so nice to work with a real human and not a chatbot

They even helped make sure I had some back end stuff in check by hopping on a zoom call with me.
