Best personal service ever. accurate and friendly from the beginning to success. In September 2026 I got help again to sync the update of the inventory.
That was the fastest and easiest tech support session in the history of tech support. Joseph synced our entire shopify store and got all our listings, with variants, live in etsy in under 10 minutes. Top marks.
Had some errors on my upload, and had a great service rep help install everything without me needing to spend hours on fixing it.
Struggled to start syncing but Joseph was helpful in figuring out the issue and helping get the first set of my products to sync
