Merchants say this app is a major time-saver for syncing products and inventory between Shopify and Etsy, even with large catalogs. It’s valued for multichannel selling, two-way syncing, and “set it and forget it” automation once configured. Many describe onboarding as hands-on, with agents guiding setup and first sync. Support is frequently praised as fast, human, and proactive, and some highlight fair billing and refunds.
