Char has been awesome at giving me tips on a few queries that I had. The app has a really user friendly back end, which allows you to do everything that you might wish to. I searched through many referral apps and this one is the best value and has the most functionality.

The right functionality, customization, and stellar service for the price! I reviewed 3-4 other referral programs and Conjured was the obvious choice for multiple app integration, multiple campaigns and open customization to ensure the referral program has the right fit and feel for my shop and customer base! We have a very unique use-case and Char has been amazing to work with. No question is too easy or too difficult for her and she responds super fast. We did extensive testing and, while it's still early, we are very happy with the platform. We have zero reservations with recommending Conjured for your refer-a-friend needs and are excited to continue working with Char!

Its a great app that help with our referral program, and I have to say their customer service is good, usually, I will get a reply in 24 hrs except for holiday ofc. But I may suggest making the FAQ more comprehensive, for some questions, I will need to ask them directly by email, but if I can find a solution by searching a keyword, it won't be much hassle for their team.

We haven't launched yet, but the set-up has been a breeze. The Conjured Team will personally work with you to get your landing page looking exactly how you want it with no additional fees! The email templates & content are 100% customizable. The program is a bit more expensive than we're hoping for, but we're excited to launch and see how successful it will be for our brand :)

I couldn't fully test the app yet and actually think a few things during setup are a bit confusing or at least not extremely efficient (design templates would be helpful, also easier setup of multiple entry points for the campaign, a few other things). But the team's support is extremely helpful (thanks Char!) and can probably help to overcome any obstacle that one might face. Good job!

We're on Shopify Plus and at this point have tried several referral apps in the app store. Conjured is straightforward, customizable and reliable. Their support team is both extremely responsive and proactive in resolving issues...definitely the best we've worked with while on Shopify. Most importantly, the app has performed incredibly for us and has paid for itself many many times over.
My company have been using the Conjured app for a brief time while we build out our refer-a-friend campaign. The customer support received has been AMAZING! They are quick to respond and even willing to jump on the phone and talk through questions or additional info needed.
They even offer design services should you decide you need additional help. Its been brief - but love this app so far!

We evaluated a handful of referral apps — while others may at first look more robust / customizable, we found conjured to be perfect for our business. There is an endless ability to customize displays and flows to match your brand - and the conjured team did all of this for us!
