SC Conjured Referral Program

Amazing in every respect! I assessed so many referral apps and this was by far the standout. The functionality is terrific, it's very easy to set up and the support is nothing short of outstanding. We now have a completely customised referral program set up and all for a reasonable amount each month for a small business. Char was unbelievably responsive and could make it all look exactly as we'd hoped. We've never received app support like it! Thank you!!

We were looking to launch a unique referral program and the Conjured team (Aimee & Char) went above and beyond to make it happen! They have an incredible response time, they were willing to do VCs, design pages for us from the ground up and do whatever they need to make this a reality for us. Also, the Conjured Referral communication and program itself is incredibly thorough - they've really thought of every way to move people through the referral funnel.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Char and the Conjured team to set up our referral program. We searched around with a lot of other apps and we hit roadblocks with all of them. Conjured allowed for a seamless and customizable experience, and we highly recommend them. I was using a free referral app but I couldn't customise its appearance at all. I chose conjured because it had the ability to customise it and it wasn't massively overpriced like most. It was easy to set up and the support was excellent. Re appearance - I just had to ask and they coded in my requests. Im really pleased with how it looks and I know I can just get in touch for more help or further customisation. If you're looking for a simple refer a friend app this is the one for you !

We switched to Conjured after needing a referral app that supported a custom incentive (we plant trees), and has the ability to run multiple campaigns which means we can continue testing and refining our referral campaign as time goes on. Most importantly, however, is their top-notch customer support. They are responsive, timely, helpful, and clearly care about each customer. They go out of their way to reach out and support with custom coding so our referral program looks and works great.

Conjured is simply fantastic. We spent months searching for the perfect referral tool before stumbling upon Conjured. The backend is easy to learn and navigate. The frontend is intuitive for customers and highly customizable. We’ve seen immediate results and plan to iterate and improve further. Their team is great to work with – super responsive, endlessly patient, and always efficient. On top of that, they’re also just good people. Aimee and Char are a great team and made our referral program page look exactly as we wanted! They were amazingly fast and even when we had tweaks we wanted to make, they were able to update the design within a day. I had a lot of questions regarding how to import our email designs into our referral flow as well and Aimee & Char were both so patient and explained things to me very clearly. Now we have a referral program that looks exactly the way we want, and it only took 2 days! We're excited to see how our referral program grows from here.

I researched quite a few referral apps on Shopify before settling on Conjured, and we've been happy with it so far. It was easy to set up and their customer service is excellent—they responded quickly and helped us customize the look of the program.

I'll also note that Conjured is the only referral app I found that had reviews from stores that actually had it implemented on their sites. If you look at ReferralCandy, probably the largest referral app on Shopify, most of the reviews are from sites that don't actually have it implemented (or may have had it in the past but don't any longer). Hope this helps if you're trying to make a decision!

Love this app. I used LockSmith to hide it from non-paying customers. Since switching from Loyalty Lion (Still use their rewards) to Conjured, my referrals have gone up around 12x from what they were before.

Super easy to add a post-purchase pop-up to encourage sharing. Easy to add links to the site to get users to refer their friends.

Char is awesome and super responsive. She's been crazy helpful with getting everything setup in a nicely designed way. I gave her all the assets and styles I wanted and she did all the leg work in getting it setup.

Fraud detection tools are great as well. It prevents a ton of fake referrals for me that would have just cost us money.

Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for referral software.
