I've been using this app for the past few months, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience. The features they offer are top-notch, and their 24/7 service has been incredibly reliable. Recently, I requested some additional features, and their team went above and beyond to implement them for me. Their flexibility and dedication to user satisfaction truly set them apart.
very useful and user friendly. hope we will get more bulk edit features for upsells. very easy to set up and easy for customers to place orders too. also increased our AOV significantly with upsell feature.
There are some minor flaws with the app itself but it works very well compared to many other on shopify store.
However, more than the app, their support is top notch. This team goes out of their way to support app users. Very quick to answer queries and even did minor changes on the app to test on our store. Very helpful!
My only feedback is, please introduce feature of showing CoD Vs Prepaid button to customers so that they can make an informed decision.

I have been using ReleaseIt app on my shopify store for a few months and it has really helped me in converting a lot of COD customers.
Benefits
1. Separate customer journey for COD orders.
2. You can incentivise the prepaid orders by giving discounts for only prepaid orders. ReleaseIt lets you do that.
3. Very Good and prompt support team. I ran into some issue but they rectified it for me even on a Sunday
Recommend it to anyone who wants to implement separate COD order journey.
