My experience with Rep has been great. We see very positive results across Rep’s major KPIs, and the implementation and ongoing optimization have required very little effort on my end. I was an early adopter of Rep and could not be more pleased. The people at Rep are responsive (which is nice) and honest with regard to setting realistic expectations. Because this bot learns, implementation isn't instant. However, the responses are better on the customer side for the same reason. It's very much like getting a custom-designed AI response bot for every store.
