I just downloaded this app and wow I'm so impressed with it so far! The fact that I can see exactly what my customers are doing is so mind blowing. I'm so excited to utilize this app as a part of my marketing strategy. It's going to be super beneficial when creating retargeting ads. This app is definitely going to be a game changer. This app was super easy to install. I like how I can see my customer's progression through my site. I sometimes wish the 0 second hits didn't record because the limit is 500 recordings and it uses a lot of them, but at the same time it can be helpful to see if a particular product from my facebook or from email marketing is what drove them from the site. For a free app the insights I get are amazing!

Very useful app to see where potential customers leave my site which helps me to identify any problems my site may have. I have already spotted a couple of areas on my site which need improvement and which may be preventing people from reaching checkout. easy to install.
