Report Pundit is a very useful app for reconciliation and generating reports and the support staff is extremely patient and helpful.

They have a great team of Support staff.

My query was attended to immediately by the support staff Guru who displayed a great deal of patience and problem solving skills.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer support and the query resolution process.

The reporting features are excellent and the support received is top notch. When I try and dig deeper into the reports and try to get more granular, their team is always willing to help and very responsive.

This product is astounding in its depth and capability. I originally needed a good way to see how much I am charging customers for shipping in my online store compared to how much I am paying for the shipping. I now have a perfect report for it that emails to me automatically monthly. But there is so much more that it can do. I am enjoying exploring, and I hadn't even thought of many of the possibilities that are already there.

Furthermore -- the chat-based customer service is off the charts. They helped me get that shipping report perfected and even took the time to set the scheduled email up for me. This is top-level support and I really appreciate it.

J'ai été surprise quand j'ai vue la note de 5, je me suis dis que que le service devait être excellent et bien effectivement le service est excellent, hyper réactif, le service chat est incroyable, ce ne sont pas des robot mais des humains qui répondent rapidement et exactement à votre demande. Vraiment le gain de temps que je viens de gagner avec cette application, merci beaucoup. Je suis Française avec Shopify en France, le site est anglais mais le chat vous parle en Français donc c'est super !
