Update 2026/6/16 - Customer Support rep Sara helped me greatly over a same-day call in resolving a unique problem. I not only highly recommend this app for stores with large catalogs that need special help, but for any store because of their speedy and knowledgeable customer support that offers chat, email and also call support.
Creating a custom report for our Shopify payouts is going to save me so much time! Dominic in customer service spent an hour and a half working with me until the report was perfect. If bringing payouts into sales receipts in your accounting system is cumbersome, please give Report Pundit a try!

Report Pundit is great, you are able to automate and schedule reports to be sent out when you want. This has been really helpful as it means our retailers can all recieve live stock reports and daily fulfillment reports as required. Dominic in particular was very helpful in setting up some of our custom reports to suit our needs.

Outstanding, professional support! We tried the FREE version as a trial and the product, with support did not disappoint. I log in each morning and the chat box says, "we are online!". Whenever I request a new report or changes to an existing report, they are right on it. The different pricing plans fit nicely with our budget. Well worth the monthly cost for this level of service and product functionality.

Provides more robust reporting than is native in Shopify. Reports can be a bit slow to load, but support is really good and there are options to schedule reports to be delivered to your inbox, sent to other team members, or synced to Drive.
