QS Request a Quote, Hide Price

This application helps me a lot in hiding the price and creating a custom quote. You can customize almost everything here including increasing the price from the default Shopify price. Both Joy and Ms Nguyen are very supportive and assist me a lot to solve my problem. I have no regret using this application.

I'm amazed at how super helpful the team are at Request a Quote. Their assistance with app implementation for our theme has been by far the best I have ever had with any Shopify App to date. This app does exactly what I was looking for. It allows us to hide the prices and add to cart buttons from the product pages of products only from a specific collection. the staff are very helpful, and will assist promptly, it is easy to read, it works perfectly, with a quote button on each product, Great, fast service and a great app! Only just added the app, and I have had to do a little fiddling to start getting it the way I wanted. Nothing too hard. The only issue I had was with how the products were showing in the quote box. But Stella on their help team sorted it very quickly for us (within 5 min it was fixed)! Very helpful.So no complaints with after sales service. We are still to put the app through more tests, but so far it is doing what I need. Thanks.

The app is quite good. Did exactly what I wanted from it. Not too difficult to work the basics out. The real stand out was when I had problems with getting the required code put into our theme - the Omega team quickly jumped on and inserted the code for me and very quickly resolved my issues. I would have been messing around for hours trying to figure it out myself. They got it done in 20 minutes. Happy to recommend this app and the developers!

Does exactly what it advertises. I had to adjust a few things in my theme's code since I was using a custom theme, but it worked perfectly. Only problem I had was the quotes not coming into my inbox in my email. I messaged Lynn about it and she provided excellent customer service. We sorted it out and everything worked perfectly after that. Very helpful product, very helpful customer service, 10/10 would request a quote and hide my prices again.

I haven't even reached the end of my trial period and Joy at RAQ has already gone above and beyond to help ensure that the app does what I need it to for my site. I couldn't have done it on my own. I highly recommend this app for the functionality but mainly for the above-and-beyond customer service. UPDATE: I purchased this app for another client and Joy was once again very helpful in setting it up and troubleshooting for me. Highly recommended!

I had a very specific process I needed and the app provides enough flexibility to make it happen. Along the onboarding and setting things up, they have been helping set it up really fast, being understanding and flexible to adapt to specific wishes not part of the app. Especially, their support team is one of the best I've met so far. Not only they understand quickly the issues, they resolve them really fast and are very responsive, being with you all the way.
