1. Solution onboarding: User friendly with wizards. Fast and easy implementation for non technical users. Useful condition tool to define RFQ scenario.

2. Value added features: A separate RFQ checkout form is bundled with this app. Customisation is easy. Upon form submission, admin can define specific redirect url for analytics. App allows creation of basic auto email reply.

3. App Stability & theme integration: Very good. Seamless integration. Developers are committed to regular updates to improve UI/UX and integration with latest shopify edition releases.

4. Aftersales support: 5 stars - responsive via live chat & email.

5. Cons: To enjoy most of the features, you'd have to go for paid version as free version only allows 5 quotes/month.

6. App Update - This app is regularly refreshed and improved. It works well with the latest 2025 Shopify Summer edition.

The form is fully customizable, so I can collect exactly the info I need from clients, and the email notifications keep me on top of every request. Converting quotes to orders is a breeze too. Plus, the support team was quick to help when I had a small glitch—fixed in less than a hour! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their quote process and boost customer engagement.

This is a great app and the help I have received to get my site set up and answer all my questions has been fantastic. Super fast help support and patient with all my question. The customer service is excellent. This week we had a slight glitch on certain browsers after updating our Shopify theme. The team had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Great app and great communication from the customer service folks.

App is perfect for our requirements of hidden prices on some items but not all, with a customer friendly and smart backend 'request a quote' system - resulting in higher volume of enquiries from new customers.
Also their support and development team have been amazing, especially Haley. We required some customisations to meet our unique needs and with Haley's support the development team created the customised code quickly.

I used the app for the Quote Request form and popup. The form integrates easily. There was an issue with the button color, but it was quickly resolved with the help of their amazing chat support.
