There are many apps, some need to be more friendly with the user. SA request a Quote is friendly, easy to understand, and has good documentation the user can access. In the case of support, I had a great experience with Haley. I wanted to do a tweak and got the answer and the steps to do it in a matter of minutes, no 24 hours later response or waiting in a queue for a possible answer. The app is fairly good to a certain extent, where I'm not able to edit the product section on the emails, as i want to add more information about the requested product, but I'm limited.

Been testing this app for a few months now, and so far, everything is working out great. It has all the options you could need and is easy to setup. The support is always available, though you have to be a bit patient and wait for a day sometimes for a response. I had a few issues with the email notifications, and Haley from their support team and their developers worked to resolve them. Recommended!
