ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

ReturnGo Returns & Exchange Portal is an excellent app. The platform and the team behind the solution are straight forward, flexible and able to accommodate business needs unique to our company. We are thrilled to have found them and would recommend them to anyone in need of a simple, well-developed returns and exchange solution.

This is the best app out there for a reasonable price. This has all the features of the overpriced ones. And, the support group is GREAT. We use this on Jane Win Jewelry, and I use this app for a number of my other eComm clients. No returns app is perfect, but this has the best combo of features, price, and support. Cheers team

This is an amazing app for returns. We have been working with it for over a month now, and it reduced our return by more than 15% by making the users accept store credits instead of a return. More than that, it increased returning customers as most of the users accepting store credit buy more than the credit value, and they are happy. We highly recommend it.

AMAZING customer support and a pretty seamless returns app - pricing is great, customizability is great. Just wish that the tracking from stamps.com communicated with the app so each return would automatically move into the correct category (i.e., shipment in progress, shipment received, etc.) but this is just a minor inconvenience for an otherwise wonderful, easy app!

Really loving ReturnGo so far. The support team is so kind and quick and really goes step by step with you during the onboarding so you don't feel all alone after downloading the app like other apps I have experienced. I am also happy they are able to accommodate different eligibility rules for returns which is something I have had trouble with in the past. So far so good!

I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. They work hard to add future improvements, and propose always better. I recommend 300% !!

In general, returns can be a major pain but this app makes the process so smooth. I was very patient and waited a few months to leave this review.
