Revize allowed customers to fix their orders right after purchase, which really cut down on support messages. Smooth, fast, and extremely convenient. Great app!
Honestly, Revize just makes life easier. I’ve had customers message me minutes after placing an order saying they picked the wrong size or typed the wrong address. With Revize, they can just fix it themselves, no emails, no chaos. It’s saved us a ton of time and cut down on silly returns. Wish we had this sooner.
