A really nice tool to have on your shop ! With a lot of customizations and a very helpful and friendly support. It is a must have for any companies.
Started to install but turned out immediately that they lie ab out the price. Its starting at 29 usd a month.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Each time you install Rich Returns, you're prompted with the Pro Plan subscription because that lets our customers explore the platform by utilizing our most popular features.
However, the Standard Plan is still available, and you can access it within your Dashboard if that's the Plan you intend on using. Feel free to let us know if we can assist you or help with your configuration process.
We used a few return apps before landing at Rich Returns and I reallllllly like the customizability of this platform as well as the support!!! Could use a feature, but they're on it and I really like how we can upgrade and control our returns, charge restocking fees, receive photos from returns, and more. Great app, highly recco! Works great.
